Cette synthèse pédagogique du CDG 39 fournit des grilles indiciaires actualisées au 1er janvier 2024 avec l’ajout de 5 points d’indice majoré, notamment pour les catégories C et B. Elle est concrètement utile pour vérifier la rémunération indiciaire, l’échelon et la durée d’avancement d’un agent, tout en rappelant que seule la réglementation applicable fait autorité.

ECHELLES DE REMUNERATION
Mise à jour au 1er Janvier 2024
À compter du 1er janvier 2024, 5 points sont ajoutés à tous les indices majorés en application
du décret n°2023-519 du 28 juin 2023 portant majoration de la rémunération des personnels
civils et militaires de l’Etat, des personnels des collectivités territoriales et des établissements
publics d’hospitalisation.
Il n’y a pas lieu de prendre d’arrêtés individuels pour les agents fonctionnaires ni d’avenants pour
les agents contractuels ; une ligne sera ajoutée sur le Portail Eksaé/Carrus dans la carrière de
chaque agent pour « visualiser » cette revalorisation.

animation, adjoint du patrimoine, agent social, opérateur des A.P.S., Sapeur des S.P.P.
